Employee Spotlight: Linda Shankle, CNA

McCamey County Hospital District is proud to recognize Linda Shankle, CNA, as its June Employee of the Month and a valued member of the night shift nursing team at the McCamey Convalescent Center.

As a certified nursing assistant, Linda helps residents feel safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night. She supports the nursing team with dependable, hands-on assistance and brings a positive attitude to each shift. Her collaborative spirit makes her a trusted colleague and an important part of delivering consistent care around the clock.

Night-shift care requires attentiveness, reliability, and strong communication. Linda approaches that responsibility with dedication and a willingness to help wherever she is needed. By working closely with nurses and fellow team members, she helps create a supportive environment for residents.
