
Mo Sheldon, FACHE
Chief Executive Officer
Mo Sheldon, FACHE, brings more than 25 years of rural healthcare leadership experience to McCamey County Hospital District. Throughout her career, she has led Critical Access Hospitals and health districts in Texas, Washington, and Arizona, guiding organizations through operational improvements, quality initiatives, financial stabilization, and service-line development.
Before joining MCHD, Mo served as Chief Executive Officer of Northern Cochise Community Hospital and Clinics in Willcox, Arizona, where she strengthened compliance and quality programs, improved financial performance, secured federal funding for major facility upgrades, and led the organization through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to that role, she served as Superintendent/CEO of Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center in Washington, where she advanced population-health initiatives, enhanced quality measures, and supported statewide efforts to protect rural hospital access.
Mo’s Texas experience includes leadership roles at Glen Rose Medical Center and Matagorda County Hospital District. Her work in the state spans hospital operations, physician employment strategies, long-term care oversight, business office and admissions leadership, and district-wide compliance programs.
She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator. Her professional involvement includes service on statewide rural health committees, public policy groups, and multiple community organizations.
Mo is passionate about strengthening access to care in rural communities and fostering collaborative environments where staff, providers, and community members work together to support patient well-being. She is proud to return to Texas and looks forward to serving the McCamey community.

Orlando Villanueva, RN
Chief Nursing Officer
Orlando brings over nine years of experience as a critical care RN, along with 24 years as a licensed paramedic. Prior to healthcare leadership, he served 22 years with Odessa Fire Rescue, retiring as a Fire Captain. His background reflects a strong commitment to emergency services, clinical excellence, and advancing rural healthcare leadership.

Lisa Anderson, LVN
McCamey Rural Health Clinic Manager
Lisa Anderson has dedicated nearly 29 years of service to McCamey County Hospital District. She began her career in the Convalescent Center, where she spent 18 years as a Charge Nurse, providing compassionate, hands on care to residents and their families.
For the past 11 years, Lisa has served in the McCamey Rural Health Clinic, first as a nurse and later transitioning into the role of Clinic Director. Throughout her career, she has remained deeply committed to patient – centered care and building lasting relationships within the community.

Yliana Gryder, BSN, RN
Director of Nursing, McCamey Convalescent Center
Yliana graduated from Odessa College with her Associates in General Studies and Nursing in 2016. She started her nursing career at the McCamey County Hospital in the ER, then became the infection preventionist for the Nursing Home in 2019, and has continued there since. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing in 2024. With the experience and knowledge over the years, she wanted to continue helping our residents and families by accepting the DON position.

Abiodun Okin-Ayileka, M.D.
Medical Director
Dr. Okin-Ayileka earned her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from California State University, Fresno, and her medical degree from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. She completed her residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center of the Permian Basin in 2013, where she served as Chief Resident—an early reflection of her leadership and clinical strength. With more than 18 years of experience, Dr. Okin-Ayileka brings depth, steadiness, and accountability to every patient interaction. She is board-certified in Family Medicine and actively involved in professional organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Board of Family Medicine, the Texas Medical Association, and the Texas Academy of Family Physicians. She has also served on the Commission on Continuing Professional Development and as a National Conference Alternate Delegate for TAFP.

Marisol Carapia
Chief Compliance Privacy Officer
Marisol Carapia is the chief compliance privacy officer at McCamey County Hospital District. With a robust background in healthcare compliance and privacy regulations, Marisol plays a crucial role in ensuring that the hospital adheres to all legal and ethical standards. Marisol’s dedication to maintaining high standards of compliance helps protect patient information and supports the hospital’s mission to provide safe and effective care.

Clarissa Mosley
McCamey Wellness Center Director
Originally from San Antonio, Clarissa Mosley has called McCamey home since 2004. A certified personal trainer and class instructor, she’s been part of the Wellness Center community since its doors opened in 2010. With a lifelong love for sports, Clarissa brings the same dedication and teamwork from the court into her role. Clarissa’s approach to health is simple: stay active, stay curious, and keep learning.

Jaime Ramirez, LNFA
Administrator, McCamey Convalescent Center
Jaime Ramirez has been with the hospital district for 21 years. Having served as the CEO for 18 of those years he transitioned to the Nursing Home Administrator role two years ago. Jaime is a lifelong McCamey resident having graduated from McCamey High School in 1989. He is honored that he is able to serve the community that raised him.
