At McCamey County Hospital District, we believe great care starts with great people, and Dylan Acosta is one of them.
Dylan started with us in October 2022, working part-time at the McCamey Wellness Center. His work ethic and dedication were clear from the beginning. In August 2023, he expanded his role, taking on a second part-time position in the Maintenance Department while continuing to serve at the Wellness Center.
Dylan’s commitment to learning and growth didn’t stop there. On June 2, 2025, he officially became a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the McCamey Convalescent Center, after earning his CNA certification—a proud milestone in his journey.. Known for his work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude, Dylan is a trusted team member and a role model for others.
In fact, Dylan recently achieved an exciting milestone: he earned his Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification. This achievement is just one example of his commitment to growing in his role and serving our long-term care residents with skill, compassion, and professionalism.
“Dylan is an excellent team member,” said Jaime Ramirez, LNFA, administrator, McCamey Convalescent Center. “He has worked his way up through the ranks, setting an example for many to follow. Having recently received his CNA certification, is a great asset to the nursing home.”
