Better health and wellness start at the McCamey Wellness Center—and now, under the leadership of Clarissa Mosley, the Center is entering an exciting new chapter.
Clarissa has been part of the McCamey Wellness Center since it opened in 2010, first as a class instructor and certified personal trainer. Now, as the new Wellness Center Director, she brings years of experience, a lifelong passion for fitness, and a deep commitment to helping others achieve their goals.
Originally from San Antonio, Clarissa has called McCamey home since 2004. She grew up playing sports, mainly basketball, and carries that same spirit of teamwork and motivation into her approach to wellness.
“I believe that mental, physical, and spiritual health all play a part in a person’s success on their journey to better health,” Clarissa said. “It’s not just about workouts—it’s about helping people find their inner strength and worth.”
