Nurse Manager- ED/Inpatient Unit
McCamey County Hospital District is seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager to lead operations in both the Emergency Room and Inpatient Unit. This leadership role ensures high-quality patient care, oversees staff scheduling and on-call coordination, and supports compliance with regulatory standards. The Nurse Manager will work closely with the CNO, provide mentorship to nursing staff, and be readily available to respond to emergencies, staffing shortages, and critical patient needs.

Qualifications:
• Active Texas RN license (BSN preferred)
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience (ER/inpatient preferred)
• Prior leadership experience desirable
• Strong understanding of CAH regulations and rural healthcare
• Must be on-call and responsive to urgent hospital needs

This is a vital role for an experienced nurse leader passionate about rural healthcare and emergency preparedness.
