Requesting Information
The Texas Public Information Act (”TPIA”) gives the public the right to request access to information maintained by McCamey County Hospital District.
To make a TPIA request, you must submit a written request:

You may submit your TPIA request using the Form provided by the Office of the Texas Attorney General, using the button below.
Please note that a TPIA request may only ask for records or information that is already in existence. The TPIA does not require McCamey County Hospital District to create new information, to do legal research, or to answer questions.

Note: Any costs associated with your request will be processed in accordance with Texas Government Code, Chapter 552, and the Attorney General Cost Administrative Rules.
